So began Lannon Stone Realty. Truly here to give our agents the best experience they can have with these two most essential things, provide our agents with 100% of their commissions minus only $150.00 per closed transaction and full Broker support.

I define Broker support like this, I am a non-competing Broker. I make myself available 7 days a week to help my agents with any issues that may arise in the daily operations of their businesses. I conduct ongoing training to help my agents not only generate leads but work with them to build their own brands.

I also when needed provide additional one-on-one coaching and motivational phone calls because let's face it, we all need a little help from our friends from time to time.
